YOU MAY NOT Use the bot to break any Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. (As well as Guilded's and Revolts ToS and Guidelines for our Guilded and Revolt bots).
YOU MAY NOT Use the bot to engage in illegal activities.
YOU MAY NOT Claim any arts the bot has as your own. (Most arts in the bot is made by me or the community with permission).
YOU MAY NOT make fake versions of our bots to try to trick people to invite them with malicious intentions afterword that could harm our reputation.
YOU MAY NOT spam commands in an attempt to ratelimit the bot.
You also agree that you are 13 years or older or the minumum age required for your country to obey the Discord ToS and local laws. Any minors under the age of 13 may NOT use our services to comply with Discord's Terms of Servive and for any applicable laws.
Anyone can use our IdiotAI Chatbot API as long as you do not try to exceed our quota (like spamming requests).
If you wish to request a demo of the API, you can join our discord server and run ++askidiotai in our bot commands channel to see how the API would act.
Anyone is allowed to play our games and mods for personal use and you can make Youtube videos playing our games/mods. Infact, we love seeing videos of people playing our games and mods. You may also Monetize your Youtube videos of you playing our games/mods.
If you wish to use any Idiot Creature Hater made assets for another mod and distribute it, Please either ask permission or credit us. For the credits, please say "Assets by Idiot Creature Hater Studios" and add a link to our website idiotcreaturehater.glitch.me or to one of our social media platforms (Youtube and Twitter). If the usage of the content falls under fair use, this rule can be excempt.
You may NOT reupload our games or mods on other services/platforms unless you are authorized to do so. Especially for commercial gain. You could be at risk of getting a takedown request if you do reupload our content.
Our mods and fangames might use a different licensing based on the original games licensing terms. We just ask you to not reupload our mods to other platforms/services but you can make videos on our mods.
This website and discord bot may have links to third party websites. You understand that we have no control in such third party websites.
We can not monitor any servers that is using the bots for ToS breaking or to engage in illegal activities. If you believe someone is breaking Discord Terms of Service, report it to discord instead of us.
