ANTI-IDIOT DISCORD BOT PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT DATA DO YOU COLLECT

Anti-NFT Bot does not store any data by default, however if you use **nft!antinftenable**, **nft!antiidiotenable, or **nft!punishenable**, your server ID will be collected. If you decide to use the nft!setlogchannel command, it will collect your server id AND channel id you have set the logs channel to be set where the logs should be sent too

WHY IS THIS DATA NEEDED?

This data is needed to operate the bot's settings/configuration. This includes:

• To tell the bot if it should detect NFT advertisements and Idiots
• If a user should be punished if an NFT website is sent to your server
• Where the logs should be sent to in your server for Actions the bot takes.

WHERE IS THIS DATA STORED?

This data is stored in a .json file in our hosting provider. Luckily, it is not replit so the data should be stored securely in our provider. The data is locked behind a username and password.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO THIS DATA

Only the Bot owner (Idiot Creature Hater#2255) has access to your data so you can ensure your data is safe.

Discord Bot Intents

The Anti-Idiot bot has the message content intent so the bot's commands can still work since discord.py slash commands is somewhat broken. Your messages will not be logged/tracked/stored. The only form of logging the bot has is if you sent an NFT advertisement and that message will be logged into a text channel that is set by the server admins. For that to be removed, you will have to talk to your server admins as we can not investigate inside of people's Discord servers.

HOW MAY I CONTACT YOU FOR SUPPORT OR CONCERNS?/FOR DATA REMOVAL

You can do a partial data removal process on your own by turning off ALL the settings on the bot.

To do a FULL data removal process, you have to join our support server below, and talk to Idiot Creature Hater#2255 (User ID is: 757827467657478245) in the #support-and-suggestions forum channel with your server ID so we can start the data removal process.
